Payment is processed securely via Stripe, WooPayments, or PayPal.
We do not store your payment details.
Prices are displayed in AUD (Australian Dollars) unless otherwise noted.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on the product and fulfillment partner.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses or postal issues.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are print-on-demand or fulfilled through third parties:

Items are only eligible for return or refund if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery through our Help Desk with photos of the issue.
Refunds (where approved) will be issued to the original payment method.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or general wear and tear.

Digital purchases (e.g., music tracks, downloads) are final and non-refundable once delivered.
By purchasing digital content, you are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use it.
